Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 450 g ground beef (80/20 blend)
02 - Salt, freshly ground black pepper, and garlic powder, to taste
03 - 4 large (25 cm) flour tortillas

→ Fillings & Condiments

04 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
05 - 4 tablespoons ketchup
06 - 16 dill pickle slices
07 - 4 slices American cheese

→ Finishing Touch

08 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until beef is evenly browned and cooked through, about 8–10 minutes. Drain excess fat and allow to cool briefly.
02 - Stack tortillas on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave for 20–25 seconds until warm and pliable.
03 - Place one warmed tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon ketchup in the center, leaving a 5 cm border. Arrange 4 dill pickle slices in a line, place 1 slice American cheese on top, then evenly distribute approximately 120 g of cooked beef.
04 - Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling. Roll tightly from the bottom, tucking in the filling as you go. Place assembled wraps seam-side down on a plate.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 193°C. Lightly brush the tops of each wrap with melted butter. Arrange wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between each wrap. Cook for 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
06 - Remove wraps from the air fryer. Immediately brush with additional melted butter. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Allow the ground beef to cool slightly before assembling to prevent tortillas from becoming soggy.
