Hearty Chicken Bacon Ranch (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
02 - 100 g cheddar cheese, grated
03 - 4 cooked beef bacon strips
04 - 4 cups (about 300 g) broccoli florets
05 - 1 Ranch seasoning packet (roughly 28 g)
06 - 450 g chicken breast, cut small, no bones or skin

07 - 4 pieces of aluminum foil, each around 38 cm

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C so it's good and warm.
02 - Stir chicken bits with half the Ranch and some olive oil in a big bowl so everything's coated.
03 - Spread your four foil pieces out flat on your counter.
04 - Toss a cup of broccoli right in the middle of each foil. If you like, use the rest of your Ranch here too.
05 - Now layer the seasoned chicken on top of the broccoli on each foil piece.
06 - Scatter 25 g of cheese over the chicken, then crumble up a bacon strip over each one.
07 - Bring the foil over the food to cover it and scrunch up the sides so it's sealed all the way around.
08 - Sit all your foil bundles on a tray with seams up. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. The cheese should be gooey, chicken cooked through.

# Notes:

01 - If you've got time, let the chicken soak in the seasoning for about 20 minutes before you put the packs together. Flavor boost!
