Blueberry Iced Tea Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6-8 cups water
02 - 3-4 family size cold brew tea bags, such as Luzianne

→ Blueberry Syrup

03 - 2 cups fresh blueberries, washed
04 - 2 cups water
05 - 1 cup granulated or cane sugar
06 - ½ lemon, juiced

# Instructions:

01 - Add washed blueberries, 2 cups of water, sugar, and fresh lemon juice to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat.
02 - Once the mixture reaches a rolling boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes.
03 - Remove the blueberry syrup from heat. Strain the syrup into a measuring cup, and refrigerate it while steeping the tea. Discard the blueberry pulp.
04 - Fill a glass pitcher with 6 to 8 cups of cold water. Add the cold brew tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
05 - Add the slightly cooled blueberry syrup to the tea. Stir until well combined.
06 - Pour the Blueberry Iced Tea into glasses filled with ice, and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Refrigerate the iced tea in a glass pitcher for up to 3 days or until it becomes bitter.
