Brazilian Lemonade Creamy Limeade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.4 litres cold filtered water
02 - 5 fresh limes, cut into wedges, unpeeled
03 - 100 grams granulated sugar
04 - 60 millilitres sweetened condensed milk, or to taste
05 - Ice cubes, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the cold filtered water, lime wedges, and granulated sugar in a blender. Process until the limes are finely blended and the mixture is uniform.
02 - Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer set over a large bowl. Allow the liquid to pass through while removing and discarding all solids and pulp.
03 - Rinse the blender. Return the strained lime liquid to the blender and add the sweetened condensed milk. Blend again until the drink is fully combined and frothy.
04 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the lemonade over the ice. Optionally, garnish with thin slices of fresh lime.

01 - Use filtered or purified water for a cleaner taste and optimal freshness.
02 - Always blend the entire lime wedge, including zest and rind, to achieve the signature tart flavour, then strain thoroughly to avoid bitterness.
