Brussels Sprouts with Feta Glaze (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
02 - 6 oz feta cheese, crumbled
03 - 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
04 - 1 tbsp salted butter, melted
05 - 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
06 - 1/2 tsp seasoning salt (garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, onion, oregano blend)

# Instructions:

01 - Trim the brussels sprouts by cutting off the bottom stem area, then halve each sprout and set aside.
02 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
03 - Select your baking dish. Use a non-stick ceramic cast iron dish or a sheet pan lined with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
04 - Melt the butter and mix it with the olive oil. Use a basting brush or spoon to coat the bottom of the baking dish with half of the butter mixture.
05 - Spread an even layer of crumbled feta cheese over the butter mixture. Push each halved brussels sprout firmly into the cheese, ensuring good contact. Arrange sprouts randomly or in rows.
06 - Brush the remaining butter mixture evenly over the brussels sprouts, then sprinkle with seasoning salt.
07 - Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and rest untouched for 5-10 minutes.
08 - As soon as the dish is removed from the oven, drizzle the balsamic glaze over the brussels sprouts and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Use high-quality feta cheese for a creamier texture and enhanced flavor.
