Smash Chicken Caesar Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For Cooking

01 - Avocado oil for greasing the pan

→ Assembly

02 - 8 little flour tortillas
03 - 1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped up thin
04 - 3 tablespoons beef bacon bits
05 - 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
06 - 1/2 cup Parmesan, shredded

→ Chicken Layer

07 - 500 g chicken, ground
08 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
09 - Black pepper, add as much as you like
10 - Salt, however much tastes good

# Instructions:

01 - Fold your tacos while they're sizzling and eat 'em hot and crunchy.
02 - Pile on some lettuce, hit it with Caesar dressing, shower over Parmesan, then finish with bacon bits. If you want, mix the lettuce with dressing ahead so everything's got that tangy flavor.
03 - Flip it over so the side without chicken gets crispy too. Let it get nice and crunchy.
04 - Crank up the skillet to medium-high and add a little avocado oil. Put your tortillas chicken side down. Sear them for 2–3 minutes so the meat turns golden and cooks through.
05 - Take each tortilla and gently press an even, thin layer of your seasoned chicken on the back. Press so it sticks together.
06 - Toss the ground chicken in a bowl with garlic powder, salt, and a few shakes of pepper. Give it a good mix so everything is seasoned all over.

# Notes:

01 - Push the chicken into the tortilla. That keeps it cooking evenly and stops it from falling off in the pan.
02 - Mix the lettuce with Caesar first if you want it to feel like a real salad on top.
