Carrot Cake Smoothie Easy Healthy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 3 medium carrots, peeled
02 - 1.5 bananas, frozen and cut into chunks
03 - 240 ml 2% milk
04 - 120 ml plain 0% Greek yogurt

→ Flavorings

05 - 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
07 - 45 ml pure maple syrup

→ Optional Additions

08 - 240 ml ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Peel the carrots and cut into pieces suitable for blending. Slice the frozen bananas into chunks.
02 - Place carrots, frozen banana, milk, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, and ice cubes if using, into a high-speed blender.
03 - Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides if necessary.
04 - Taste and add additional maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness.
05 - Pour the smoothie into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a thicker texture, use more frozen banana or reduce the amount of milk.
