01 - 1 large loaf of Italian bread
02 - 450g thinly sliced beef
03 - 1 cup sliced mixed-color bell peppers
04 - 1 cup sliced onions
05 - 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
06 - 3 tablespoons garlic butter
07 - Salt to taste
08 - Pepper to taste
09 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, melt the garlic butter and sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
03 - Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
04 - Slice the Italian bread lengthwise and scoop out some of the insides to create space for the filling.
05 - Fill the bread with the cooked beef, onion, and pepper mixture. Top generously with shredded provolone cheese.
06 - Bake the filled bread in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Remove the bread from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
