01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
02 - 12 ounces rotini pasta
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Sauce

08 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1 tablespoon butter
10 - 1 cup heavy cream
11 - 1/2 cup chicken broth

→ Cheese Blend

12 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
13 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
14 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Finish

15 - Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken to skillet and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6–7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 - Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing mixture to a gentle simmer.
05 - Add mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese, stirring continuously until sauce is smooth and cheeses are fully melted.
06 - Return cooked rotini and chicken to the skillet. Toss to thoroughly coat all components in the Cajun garlic cheese sauce.
07 - Allow to simmer for 2–3 minutes, blending flavors. Garnish generously with chopped parsley and serve hot, with additional cheese if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Allow cheese to melt gently for a smooth sauce; avoid high heat to prevent separation.
