→ Pizza roll foundation

01 - 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (approximately 450 g)
02 - ½ cup pizza sauce (120 ml)
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 113 g)

→ Savory meat fillings

04 - ½ cup mini pepperoni slices (about 56 g)
05 - ½ cup cooked sausage, crumbled or sliced (approximately 75 g)

→ Crunchy Doritos coating

06 - 1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos (roughly 28 g)
07 - ¼ cup melted butter (60 ml)
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder (2.8 g)
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (1 g)

→ For serving

10 - Extra pizza sauce for dipping (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and facilitate cleaning.
02 - Roll out refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into approximately 7.5x12.5 cm (3x5 inches) rectangles.
03 - Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each rectangle, leaving a border. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, mini pepperoni slices, and cooked sausage evenly without overfilling.
04 - Starting from one short edge, carefully roll each rectangle into a tight cylinder. Pinch edges and seams securely to enclose filling.
05 - Combine crushed Doritos, melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a shallow bowl, mixing thoroughly to create the coating.
06 - Roll each assembled pizza roll in the Doritos mixture, pressing gently to adhere chips evenly. Place coated rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the exterior is golden and crispy and the cheese inside is melted and bubbly.
08 - Allow rolls to cool briefly before serving warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure sausage is fully cooked prior to filling, as baking time is insufficient for raw meat. Crush Doritos to a texture that maintains crunch without being too fine. Ideal for casual gatherings and easily customized with spicy Doritos variants.
