Chicken Caesar Wrap Quick Lunch (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wrap Filling

01 - 320 g cooked chicken breast, chopped
02 - 210 g Romaine lettuce, chopped
03 - 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
04 - 25 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 30 g croutons
06 - 120 ml Caesar salad dressing
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Wrap

08 - 5 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat tortillas)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, gently toss chopped chicken, Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, croutons, and Caesar salad dressing. Season with freshly ground black pepper according to taste.
02 - Lay one tortilla flat and spoon a generous portion of the salad mixture in a line along the edge closest to you.
03 - Roll the tortilla tightly from the filling edge, enclosing the mixture like a burrito, and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
