Strawberry Coconut Water Lemonade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 480 ml coconut water
02 - 450 g strawberries, with tops removed and cut in half
03 - 180 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed (about 4 lemons)
04 - 100 g white sugar
05 - 120 ml water

→ Optional

06 - Add bubbly water when serving if you like

# Instructions:

01 - Let the lemon drink cool in the fridge. When you're ready, pour it into glasses of ice. If you want, splash a bit of sparkling water on top right before drinking.
02 - Pour your strawberry-lemon blend into a huge pitcher. Add coconut water, then sweeten it up with the chilled syrup (start with 60 ml, then taste and add more if needed). Give it a good stir.
03 - Drop strawberries and lemon juice into your blender. Blend everything until it's silky smooth.
04 - Toss sugar and water into a microwave-safe bowl or jar. Heat it in the microwave for a minute and a half. Stir until all the sugar disappears, then chill your syrup in the fridge until cold.

# Notes:

01 - Want more juice from your lemons? Pop them in the microwave for half a minute and roll them hard before cutting.
02 - A grown-up twist: splash in some champagne or vodka. Or freeze what's left for handy popsicles.
