Let the lemon drink cool in the fridge. When you're ready, pour it into glasses of ice. If you want, splash a bit of sparkling water on top right before drinking.

Pour your strawberry-lemon blend into a huge pitcher. Add coconut water, then sweeten it up with the chilled syrup (start with 60 ml, then taste and add more if needed). Give it a good stir.

Drop strawberries and lemon juice into your blender. Blend everything until it's silky smooth.

Toss sugar and water into a microwave-safe bowl or jar. Heat it in the microwave for a minute and a half. Stir until all the sugar disappears, then chill your syrup in the fridge until cold.
