Crabby Shrimp Garlic Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread Base

01 - 1 loaf crusty Italian bread
02 - 60 ml (¼ cup) butter, melted

→ Seafood Filling

03 - 450 g (1 pound) fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
04 - 225 g (1 cup) cream cheese, softened
05 - 120 ml (½ cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Flavor Boosters

06 - 60 ml (¼ cup) fresh parsley, chopped
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - Red pepper flakes (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Chop shrimp into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, combine shrimp with softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
02 - Slice Italian bread loaf lengthwise and hollow out the center of each half, leaving a sturdy shell to contain the filling.
03 - Evenly spoon the shrimp mixture into both bread halves, pressing gently to pack the filling firmly without tearing the bread.
04 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Brush the outside of the bread with melted butter for a golden crust. Wrap each half in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
05 - Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes to crisp the crust, achieving a golden, crunchy exterior and creamy interior.
06 - Allow to cool briefly before slicing into portions. Serve warm to enjoy the melty, flavorful filling.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the shrimp is chopped finely to distribute evenly in the filling and prevent large chunks.
