Creamy Strawberry Agua de Fresa (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 450 g fresh strawberries, hulled
02 - 355 ml evaporated milk
03 - 120 ml sweetened condensed milk
04 - 1.4 litres cold water

→ For Serving

05 - 75 g fresh strawberries, sliced
06 - ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Combine hulled strawberries and 480 ml of water in a blender. Blend on high speed until fully pureed, approximately 1–2 minutes.
02 - Pour the strawberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher for a smoother texture, or skip straining for a rustic result.
03 - Add evaporated milk and condensed milk to the pitcher, mixing thoroughly until fully integrated.
04 - Pour in the remaining water and stir well to combine.
05 - Taste and adjust sweetness with additional condensed milk or sugar as preferred.
06 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and sliced strawberries. Pour the prepared drink over and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Do not add ice directly to the pitcher to prevent dilution of flavor; add ice just before serving in individual glasses.
02 - For a lighter version, substitute condensed milk with a natural sweetener such as Stevia or honey.
03 - Ripe strawberries yield the best natural sweetness, reducing the need for extra sugar.
04 - Frozen strawberries may be used, blending a bit longer to achieve a smooth puree.
