Crispy Air Fryer Apple Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 Granny Smith apples

→ Dry Ingredients

02 - ½ cup all-purpose flour (approximately 60 g)
03 - ½ cup powdered sugar (approximately 60 g)
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (approximately 2.6 g)
05 - ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg (approximately 1 g)
06 - ½ teaspoon ground cloves (approximately 1 g)

→ Oils

07 - Cooking oil spray

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves in a large resealable plastic bag and shake thoroughly until well mixed.
02 - Peel, core, and slice the Granny Smith apples into fry-shaped strips approximately 1 cm thick.
03 - Place the apple strips into the bag with the spice mixture, seal tightly, and shake gently until all pieces are evenly coated.
04 - Arrange the coated apple strips in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, then lightly spray them with cooking oil.
05 - Cook the apples at 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes. Flip the strips, lightly spray with oil again, and continue air frying for an additional 5 minutes or until the fries are golden and crispy.
06 - Allow the apple fries to cool slightly before serving warm with your preferred dipping sauce.
