# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil.
02 - In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until fully mixed.
03 - Form the mixture into small balls or patties using your hands or a spoon. Dip each piece into the beaten egg to coat evenly.
04 - Arrange the coated cheese treats onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil for extra crispiness. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
