Crock Pot Lemon Garlic Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thirds (or chicken tenders)
02 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 2-3 tablespoons oil or butter
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Pepper, to taste
06 - 1 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
07 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
08 - 1/4 cup lemon juice
09 - 1/2 cup chicken broth

# Instructions:

01 - Coat chicken breast pieces lightly in flour, shaking off excess, and place them on a plate.
02 - Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil or butter in a large skillet over high heat until the pan is hot.
03 - Add half of the chicken pieces to the skillet and brown on both sides (about 3 minutes per side). Season chicken with salt and pepper while in the pan.
04 - Remove the first batch of chicken, add more oil if needed, and brown the second batch of chicken.
05 - Place all browned chicken pieces into the crock pot.
06 - Sprinkle the chicken with dry Italian dressing mix and minced garlic.
07 - Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice over the chicken.
08 - Cover with a lid and cook on low for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
