→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 (8-inch) tortillas
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
03 - 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
04 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
06 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 6 to 8 slices pepperoni, or preferred toppings

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for optimal crispiness.
02 - In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the grated parmesan and Italian seasoning.
03 - Brush or spray both sides of the tortillas with olive oil, then sprinkle with half of the parmesan-Italian seasoning mixture.
04 - Spread a thin, even layer of pizza sauce on each tortilla. Top with shredded mozzarella and slices of pepperoni, then finish with the remaining seasoning mix.
05 - Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place one prepared tortilla pizza carefully into the basket and air fry for 4 to 5 minutes until the edges are golden and cheese is melted.
06 - Allow the pizza to rest in the air fryer basket for 2 to 3 minutes for enhanced crispiness.
07 - Carefully remove the finished pizza using a spatula; repeat the cooking process with the second pizza.
08 - Cut into triangles and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer to restore crispiness.
02 - Try almond flour, flour, or other preferred tortillas for varied texture and dietary needs.
03 - Swap in pesto, alfredo, or barbecue sauce for unique flavor profiles.
04 - Flexible with cheese and topping selections for easy customization.
