01 - 2 filet mignon steaks
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Black pepper, to taste
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 200 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
06 - 1 cup lobster bisque
07 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
02 - Season filet mignon on both sides with salt and black pepper.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a hot skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the filet mignon steaks for 4–5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is achieved.
04 - While steaks cook, toss shrimp with remaining olive oil, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.
05 - Place shrimp on grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
06 - In a small saucepan over low heat, gently warm lobster bisque and stir in lemon juice.
07 - Allow cooked filet mignon to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
08 - Arrange sliced filet mignon on plates, top with grilled shrimp, and drizzle with warm lobster bisque. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

01 - Steaks should rest after cooking to retain their juices.
02 - Thaw shrimp completely if using frozen.
