How to make Orangeade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Juice Base

01 - 7 to 8 fresh oranges
02 - 1 lemon

→ Syrup

03 - 200 grams granulated sugar
04 - 250 millilitres water

→ Dilution & Serving

05 - 750 millilitres cold water
06 - Ice cubes, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Combine 200 grams sugar and 250 millilitres water in a heatproof container. Heat in the microwave for 2 and a half minutes, or in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring, until fully dissolved. Set aside to cool.
02 - Juice the oranges and lemon thoroughly. Strain to remove seeds and pulp, ensuring a smooth beverage.
03 - In a large pitcher with a lid, combine the cooled syrup, citrus juice, 750 millilitres cold water, and 1 to 2 cups of ice cubes.
04 - Refrigerate the pitcher for a minimum of one hour to enhance flavor and ensure proper chilling.
05 - Pour orangeade over ice in glasses and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - To adjust sweetness, taste before chilling and add more water or sugar syrup as desired.
