Garlic Cheese Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - Diced chicken breast, cooked, about 2 cups

→ Herbs & Seasoning

02 - Salt and black pepper to your liking
03 - Chopped parsley, about 1 tablespoon, optional

→ Carbohydrates

04 - 4 flour tortillas, medium size

→ Cheese

05 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
06 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Aromatics & Oils

07 - Butter, 1 tablespoon
08 - Olive oil, 1 tablespoon
09 - 4 garlic cloves, minced

# Instructions:

01 - Put butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook wraps seam-side down. Press a bit and cook each side 2 to 3 minutes till golden and crisp.
02 - Spread the cheesy chicken mix right in the middle of each tortilla. Fold the edges in and roll like a burrito tight.
03 - Take the diced chicken and toss it with the garlic oil in the pan. Turn off the heat then mix in mozzarella and cheddar cheeses while it’s warm.
04 - Warm olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until it’s smelling great and turns golden, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
05 - If your chicken isn’t cooked yet, lightly season with salt and pepper, then bake, grill, or sauté it until done. Chop into small pieces and set aside.
06 - Take wraps off the pan and let them sit for a minute or two before cutting. Add parsley if you want and enjoy them warm.

# Notes:

01 - Grab rotisserie chicken to save time. For extra taste, brush garlic butter on tortillas before toasting. Swap out cheeses or toss in veggies like spinach or mushrooms. Gluten-free tortillas work if needed.
