Quick Steak & Noodle Stir-fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
02 - 8 oz egg noodles or ramen noodles, cooked
03 - 2 tbsp butter
04 - 1 tbsp olive oil
05 - 4 garlic cloves, minced

→ Sauce & Seasonings

06 - ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
07 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
08 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
09 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
10 - 1 tsp honey
11 - ½ tsp black pepper
12 - ½ tsp salt

→ Garnish

13 - ¼ cup green onions, sliced
14 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sear the thinly sliced steak for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add red pepper flakes (if using), soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Toss cooked noodles in the garlic butter sauce. Add the steak back into the pan and stir gently to coat.
04 - Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For a low-carb option, use zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash
02 - Can swap steak with chicken, shrimp, or tofu
03 - Adjust spice level by adding or reducing red pepper flakes
