Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (10 oz)

→ Cheese

02 - 226 g mozzarella cheese, cubed

→ Seasoning

03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ Finishing

05 - 2 tablespoons melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
02 - Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly.
03 - Place one cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold over and pinch edges firmly to seal completely.
04 - Combine garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush melted butter over each biscuit bomb and sprinkle evenly with the seasoning mixture.
05 - Arrange biscuit bombs on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
06 - Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving to prevent cheese leakage.
