Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly.

Place one cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold over and pinch edges firmly to seal completely.

Combine garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush melted butter over each biscuit bomb and sprinkle evenly with the seasoning mixture.

Arrange biscuit bombs on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving to prevent cheese leakage.
