Green Tea with Mint Lemon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 bags green tea
02 - 4 cups boiling water
03 - 3 tablespoons honey
04 - 4 cups assorted fresh fruit (e.g., nectarine wedges, lemon or lime slices, blueberries, raspberries)
05 - 1 liter plain sparkling water, chilled
06 - Fresh mint (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Add tea bags to boiling water and let steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Stir in honey. Cover and chill brewed tea.
02 - Slice fresh fruit such as nectarines, lemons, or limes while the tea is chilling.
03 - Divide the chilled tea mixture among eight to ten 12-ounce glasses. Add sliced fruit to each glass, then fill with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
