01 - 8 large eggs
02 - 4 croissants
03 - 4 slices of cheese
04 - 4 slices of ham
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together 4 eggs. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
03 - Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Pour in the whisked eggs and cook until set, flipping to cook both sides. Fold each portion into a square shape.
04 - Repeat the whisking and cooking process with the remaining 4 eggs, forming a second folded square portion.
05 - Slice each croissant horizontally in half. On the bottom half, layer a slice of ham, one folded egg portion, and a slice of cheese. Cover with the top half.
06 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the assembled croissants evenly.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese melts and the ham is warmed through, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
08 - Remove from the oven and serve warm.
