# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 480 ml milk or almond milk
02 - 240 g vanilla yogurt or Greek yogurt, frozen

→ Fruit

03 - 375 g blueberries, fresh or frozen

→ Grains

04 - 135 g old-fashioned oats

→ Flavorings

05 - 2 tablespoons honey
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Other

08 - Large handful of ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Add milk or almond milk, frozen yogurt, blueberries, oats, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice cubes to a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth, ensuring the oats and ice are thoroughly incorporated.
03 - Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses and serve at once.

01 - For a thicker smoothie, use entirely frozen blueberries and yogurt.
