03 - 60 mL key lime juice or regular lime juice

06 - 1.2 mL vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Combine banana, yogurt, lime juice, honey, lime zest, and vanilla extract in a blender. Add spinach leaves for color if desired. Blend until smooth, adding ice to adjust consistency.
02 - Rub the rim of a serving glass with lime juice, then dip into crushed graham cracker crumbs to coat.
