# Ingredients:

→ Tea Base

01 - 4 cups water
02 - 4 green tea bags
03 - 3 sprigs fresh mint, plus more for garnish

→ Sweetener and Finishing

04 - 1/4 cup honey, adjust up to 1/2 cup for desired sweetness
05 - 2 cups cold water
06 - 1–2 cups ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add green tea bags along with 3 sprigs of fresh mint. Cover and allow to steep for 15–20 minutes for standard strength, or up to 45 minutes for a more robust flavor.
02 - Remove tea bags and mint sprigs. Stir in honey, adjusting sweetness according to preference.
03 - Transfer the brewed tea to a large pitcher. Add 2 cups of cold water and 1–2 cups of ice cubes. Stir well. Pour into glasses and garnish with additional fresh mint.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor, steep the tea and mint covered to retain aromatic oils. Adjust honey based on preferred sweetness level. Use large ice cubes to prevent quick dilution.
