In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add green tea bags along with 3 sprigs of fresh mint. Cover and allow to steep for 15–20 minutes for standard strength, or up to 45 minutes for a more robust flavor.

Remove tea bags and mint sprigs. Stir in honey, adjusting sweetness according to preference.

Transfer the brewed tea to a large pitcher. Add 2 cups of cold water and 1–2 cups of ice cubes. Stir well. Pour into glasses and garnish with additional fresh mint.
