# Ingredients:

01 - 2 peaches, peeled and sliced
02 - 4 slices sourdough bread (alternatively challah, multigrain, or thick white bread)
03 - 2-4 tablespoons ricotta cheese
04 - 1 tablespoon honey
05 - 4 slices white cheddar cheese
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

07 - 4 slices crispy bacon
08 - Fresh basil leaves
09 - Balsamic glaze

# Instructions:

01 - Peel the peaches and slice them thinly. Set aside.
02 - Spread ricotta cheese evenly over one side of each bread slice. Layer one side with sliced peaches, drizzle with honey, and place white cheddar cheese on the opposite side.
03 - Spread unsalted butter on the outside surface of each bread slice.
04 - Preheat a panini press or skillet over medium-low heat. Once heated, add assembled sandwiches. Cook until the bread turns golden and the cheese is fully melted, adjusting heat to low if the bread browns too quickly.
05 - If using bacon, basil, or balsamic glaze, briefly remove the top slice of bread and add desired toppings over the melted cheese. Replace the bread.
06 - Cut in half and serve while hot for best taste and texture.
