→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 litre water
02 - 4 green tea bags
03 - 2 cups diced ripe honeydew melon
04 - 120 ml fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
05 - 4–6 tablespoons granulated sugar, to taste
06 - Ice cubes, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Bring water to a gentle boil and pour over green tea bags in a heatproof jug. Steep for 3–5 minutes according to preferred strength. Remove tea bags and allow tea to cool to room temperature.
02 - Meanwhile, combine diced honeydew melon and fresh mint leaves in a blender. Blend until smooth, forming a vibrant honeydew-mint puree.
03 - While the tea is still warm, dissolve granulated sugar, adjusting quantity to taste. Stir thoroughly until fully incorporated.
04 - Once the tea reaches room temperature, pour it into a large pitcher with the honeydew-mint puree. Mix well to evenly blend flavors.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the honeydew mint tea over the ice. Garnish each serving with additional mint leaves for a fresh finish.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor, prepare the puree immediately before mixing to preserve the freshness of the mint and melon.
