# Ingredients:

→ Fruit Base

01 - 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and chopped (or 1 cup frozen mango chunks)

→ Matcha Layer

02 - 2 teaspoons high-quality matcha powder
03 - 2–3 tablespoons water

→ Liquid & Sweetener

04 - 1 cup almond milk, divided (or milk of choice such as oat or coconut)
05 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

→ Serve

06 - Ice cubes
07 - Pinch of sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Peel, pit, and chop the mango if using fresh, or measure out 1 cup of frozen mango chunks.
02 - Combine mango pieces with 1/2 cup of almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy to form the mango puree.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with 2–3 tablespoons of water until completely dissolved and no clumps remain. Use a frother for a smoother result, if preferred.
04 - Spoon the mango puree into the bottom of a tall glass. Add ice cubes until the glass is half full. Pour in the remaining 1/2 cup almond milk.
05 - Gently pour the whisked matcha over the almond milk for a layered look. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top if a sweeter flavor is desired.
06 - Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top to enhance flavor. Stir the layers together before serving for a balanced taste experience.

# Notes:

01 - For the most vibrant flavor, use ripe, aromatic mangoes and ceremonial-grade matcha. Adjust sweetness based on mango ripeness and personal preference.
