# Ingredients:

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 177°C (350°F). Prepare a baking sheet by greasing or lining with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and eggs. Stir until the mixture is smooth and free of clumps.
03 - Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, heavy cream, and melted butter to the bowl. Stir until a cohesive dough forms.
04 - Fold in the chopped ham gently, being careful not to overmix. Refrigerate the dough for 10–15 minutes to firm slightly.
05 - Using a small cookie or ice cream scoop, portion the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Lightly press each scoop to flatten slightly.
06 - Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown.
07 - Brush the warm biscuits with melted butter and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - To lower fat content, unsweetened almond milk may be substituted for heavy cream, but the biscuits will be less rich.
