# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound natural ground Italian sausage
02 - 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
03 - 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
05 - 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

→ Cheese Wrap

06 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F (205°C).
02 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté ground Italian sausage and chopped onion until the meat is browned and onions are softened. Drain excess fat.
03 - Remove skillet from heat and immediately mix in softened cream cheese until fully melted and incorporated.
04 - Stir in ricotta cheese and grated parmesan cheese. Set filling aside to cool slightly.
05 - On a parchment-lined baking sheet, form 8 even circles using the shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - Bake mozzarella circles for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges begin to turn golden and crisp.
07 - Remove baking sheet from oven and let the cheese circles cool for 1 minute to firm up.
08 - Place a portion of the prepared sausage filling along the center of each mozzarella circle.
09 - Carefully fold the mozzarella over the filling to create roll ups. Allow to cool and crisp before serving.

01 - Ensure the mozzarella cheese circles are cooled slightly before rolling to avoid tearing.
02 - Let the roll ups rest for a few minutes after assembling to enhance crispness.
