Vibrant Virgin Lavender Mojito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Lavender Syrup (Homemade Option)

01 - 1/2 cup water
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender

→ Lavender Syrup (Quick Option)

04 - 1/2 cup store-bought lavender syrup (such as Torani)

→ Mocktail Base

05 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 4–5 limes)
06 - 1/2 cup lavender syrup (homemade or store-bought)
07 - 3 cups sparkling water or club soda
08 - 1 cup fresh mint leaves
09 - Ice cubes, as needed

→ Optional Garnishes

10 - Fresh mint sprigs
11 - Lime slices or wedges
12 - Edible flowers (such as lavender blooms)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine water, granulated sugar, and dried culinary lavender in a small saucepan. Heat gently over medium, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves. Simmer briefly, then remove from heat and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a jar, discarding the solids, and let cool completely before use.
02 - In a large pitcher, gently muddle fresh mint leaves with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release aromatic oils without bruising. Add lime juice and lavender syrup, stirring to combine.
03 - Fill the pitcher halfway with ice cubes. Pour in sparkling water or club soda, then stir gently to preserve the bubbles.
04 - Pour the mocktail into individual glasses filled with ice. Garnish each serving with a mint sprig, lime slice, and edible flowers as desired.

# Notes:

01 - For ease, use a high-quality store-bought lavender syrup to streamline preparation while retaining vibrant floral notes.
