# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 23x33 cm (9x13 inch) casserole dish.
02 - Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain fat, then add garlic salt, salt, tomato sauce, and sugar. Simmer for 20 minutes.
03 - Cook egg noodles until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
04 - Combine diced onion, sour cream, and cream cheese in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
05 - Layer half of the noodles in the casserole dish, followed by half of the creamy mixture, then half of the beef sauce. Repeat these layers.
06 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
07 - Bake for 25 minutes until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese is melted and golden.
08 - Allow casserole to cool slightly before serving.
