Oreo Cream Chocolate Roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake

01 - 1 box chocolate cake mix (enough for 10x15-inch pan) or homemade chocolate cake
02 - 3 large eggs
03 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
04 - 1 cup water
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - Powdered sugar, for dusting

→ Filling

07 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
08 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
09 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
11 - 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 6 to 8 cookies)

→ Decoration

12 - 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
13 - 4 to 6 whole Oreo cookies, for decoration
14 - Extra crushed Oreo cookies, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
02 - Combine chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix until smooth according to package or homemade instructions.
03 - Pour batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
04 - While the cake bakes, dust a clean kitchen towel generously with powdered sugar. When cake is baked, immediately invert onto the towel, peel off parchment, and while warm, roll cake up in the towel from the short end. Cool completely.
05 - Beat softened cream cheese and unsalted butter together until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies gently for even distribution.
06 - Unroll cooled cake carefully. Spread Oreo cream cheese filling evenly over the cake surface.
07 - Gently roll the cake back up, keeping the filling inside. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
08 - Remove the rolled cake from plastic wrap. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top, then decorate with whole Oreo cookies and sprinkle with additional crushed Oreo cookies.
09 - Slice into portions and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Customize the filling with extra Oreos for a more intense flavor. Rolling the cake while still warm prevents cracking.
