Parmesan Ranch Potato Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chips Base

01 - 2 bags (8 oz each) Lay's Kettle Chips

→ Seasoning

02 - 1 cup powdered Parmesan cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons dry Ranch dressing mix
04 - Chopped fresh parsley, optional

→ Miscellaneous

05 - Non-stick cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
02 - Transfer kettle chips to a large roasting pan, spreading them evenly.
03 - Lightly spray the chips with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle half the Parmesan cheese and half the ranch dressing mix evenly over the chips. Toss gently to coat.
04 - Bake the chips for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
05 - Carefully stir in the remaining Parmesan cheese and ranch dressing mix. Toss to ensure thorough coating.
06 - Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld and chips to crisp further.
07 - Remove from oven and immediately garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
