Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth it out.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Spread the cheese and spinach mixture evenly over one half of the puff pastry. Fold the other half over the filling, pressing down gently to seal the edges. Cut the pastry into 1-inch wide strips.

Twist each strip several times and place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
