Peach Bellini Mocktail Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Liquid and Sweeteners

01 - 2 cups sparkling water
02 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
03 - 1 tablespoon honey

→ Fruits

04 - 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced

→ Garnishes

05 - Fresh mint leaves (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and slice the peaches, removing the pits.
02 - Blend the peach slices until smooth to make a puree. Strain it into a bowl, removing any solids.
03 - In a pitcher, combine the peach puree with lemon juice and honey. Mix well until the honey has dissolved completely.
04 - Pour the mixture into champagne flutes and top with chilled sparkling water. Gently stir and garnish with mint leaves.
05 - Serve immediately for the freshest taste.

# Notes:

01 - If fresh peaches aren’t in season, use frozen ones. Thaw them before blending.
02 - Adjust the sweetness and acidity to taste by modifying the honey and lemon juice quantities.
