Peach Lemonade with Fresh Mint (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 litres prepared lemonade (homemade or store-bought)

→ Fruit

02 - 4–5 ripe peaches, washed, pitted, and sliced

→ Herbs

03 - 15 millilitres fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Mix homemade or pre-made lemonade according to package or recipe instructions. Refrigerate or set aside.
02 - Wash peaches thoroughly, remove the pits, and slice. Reserve one quarter of the slices for garnish and pitcher decoration.
03 - Combine remaining peach slices, 250 millilitres of prepared lemonade, and 15 millilitres fresh mint in a blender. Purée until completely smooth. For a refined texture, strain through a fine mesh sieve.
04 - Pour the peach-mint mixture into a large pitcher. Add the rest of the lemonade and stir well to combine. Add the reserved peach slices and thin lemon slices to the pitcher.
05 - Serve over ice in chilled glasses. Garnish each glass with additional mint leaves and peach slices as desired.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor, use fully ripe peaches and fresh mint leaves. Straining the purée ensures a smooth, pulp-free lemonade.
02 - Add ice to the pitcher or pour the beverage over ice in individual glasses to prevent dilution.
