Mix homemade or pre-made lemonade according to package or recipe instructions. Refrigerate or set aside.

Wash peaches thoroughly, remove the pits, and slice. Reserve one quarter of the slices for garnish and pitcher decoration.

Combine remaining peach slices, 250 millilitres of prepared lemonade, and 15 millilitres fresh mint in a blender. Purée until completely smooth. For a refined texture, strain through a fine mesh sieve.

Pour the peach-mint mixture into a large pitcher. Add the rest of the lemonade and stir well to combine. Add the reserved peach slices and thin lemon slices to the pitcher.

Serve over ice in chilled glasses. Garnish each glass with additional mint leaves and peach slices as desired.
