# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (8 count) crescent roll dough

→ Filling

02 - 1/3 cup chopped pecans
03 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
04 - 2 tablespoons corn syrup
05 - 1 tablespoon melted butter
06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract until glossy.
03 - Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
04 - Place approximately 1 tablespoon of the filling at the wide end of each triangle, leaving a small border.
05 - Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, place seam-side down on the baking sheet, and curve the ends slightly.
06 - Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until crescents are puffed, deep golden, and filling is bubbling.
07 - Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes to set, then transfer to a rack or serve warm.
