In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the finely diced onions and bacon, and cook until they are crisp but not burned.

Drain the pasta and peas, then add them to the skillet with the onion and bacon mixture. Lower the heat to medium, add the heavy cream, and stir well. Add more cream if needed and serve immediately.
