Philly Steak Cheese Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fries

01 - 1 (20 oz) bag frozen crinkle-cut French fries

→ Meat

02 - 225 g ribeye steak, thinly sliced

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
04 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced

→ Dairy

05 - 115 g provolone cheese

→ Pantry

06 - 2 tsp olive oil
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
02 - Bake frozen fries according to package directions until golden and crispy.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add sliced ribeye, and cook until browned.
04 - Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until fragrant and tender.
05 - Reduce heat to low, evenly layer provolone cheese over steak and vegetables, cover, and cook 2–3 minutes until melted.
06 - Top baked fries with the cheesy steak and vegetable mixture. Add optional toppings if desired and serve immediately.
