Piña Colada Smoothie Coconut (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 240 ml coconut milk (lite or full fat, canned or refrigerated)
02 - 160 g crushed pineapple, preferably frozen
03 - 2 tablespoons sweetener of choice or 1 small ripe frozen banana

→ Optional Additions

04 - 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
05 - 1 scoop protein powder

# Instructions:

01 - If a thick texture is desired, freeze the crushed pineapple in advance for at least 4 hours.
02 - Combine coconut milk, crushed pineapple, sweetener or frozen banana, and any optional ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until fully smooth and creamy.
03 - Pour the blended mixture into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish as desired.
