01 - 1 (14-oz) package turkey smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
02 - 8 ounces pasta
03 - 2 cups heavy cream
04 - 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
05 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté sausage slices for 5 minutes, turning occasionally
03 - Add heavy cream and Cajun seasoning to the skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes, or until the mixture begins to thicken
04 - Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth
05 - Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly
