# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 680 grams)

02 - 8 ounces spaghetti

03 - 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 226 grams)

04 - 1 cup fresh bell peppers, chopped (approximately 150 grams)
05 - 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (approximately 25 grams)

06 - 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup

07 - 1 teaspoon paprika
08 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large casserole dish.
02 - In a large pot over medium heat, cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and shred once cooled slightly.
03 - Boil salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente, approximately 8-10 minutes. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
04 - In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, chopped bell peppers, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
05 - Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish and evenly top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
07 - Allow the casserole to rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with sliced green onions and serving.
