Strawberries Cream Frozen Daiquiris (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Whipped Cream

01 - 240 ml heavy cream
02 - 32 g powdered sugar
03 - 3 ml pure vanilla extract

→ Daiquiri

04 - 600 g strawberries, halved
05 - 3 cups ice cubes
06 - 150 ml clear rum
07 - 90 ml simple syrup
08 - 60 ml peach schnapps

# Instructions:

01 - Using a hand mixer, whip together heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until light peaks form. Refrigerate until needed.
02 - In a blender, combine halved strawberries, ice cubes, clear rum, simple syrup, and peach schnapps. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
03 - Remove whipped cream from the refrigerator. In serving glasses, layer the strawberry daiquiri mixture by filling approximately one third of each glass, then add a scoop of whipped cream. Repeat alternating layers until each glass is full.

# Notes:

01 - To prepare homemade simple syrup, dissolve equal parts granulated sugar and water by heating gently and stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Cool before use.
