Strawberry Coconut Water Lemonade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 120 ml water
02 - 100 g granulated sugar
03 - 180 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (approximately 4 lemons)
04 - 450 g strawberries, trimmed and halved
05 - 480 ml coconut water

→ Optional

06 - Sparkling water, for serving (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine water and sugar in a heatproof container. Microwave for 90 seconds, then stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Cool the syrup completely in the refrigerator.
02 - Place lemon juice and strawberries in a blender. Puree on high speed until completely smooth.
03 - Transfer strawberry-lemon mixture to a large jug. Stir in the coconut water, then add cooled simple syrup to taste (begin with 60 ml, increasing as needed based on sweetness preference).
04 - Refrigerate the lemonade until thoroughly chilled. Pour over ice in serving glasses. Optionally, top with sparkling water immediately before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For maximum juice yield, microwave lemons for 20–30 seconds and roll firmly before juicing.
02 - Add a splash of vodka or champagne for an adult beverage, or freeze leftovers into popsicles.
