Strawberry Mousse Cream Cheese (Print Version)

01 - 8 oz cream cheese or coconut cream
02 - 4 oz yogurt or additional cream cheese or coconut cream
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar or sugar free alternative
04 - 5 medium strawberries
05 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature for easier blending. If using coconut cream, ensure the contents are thick and creamy for optimal consistency.
02 - Remove stems from strawberries. Blend or mash the strawberries until completely pureed.
03 - Add pureed strawberries, cream cheese or coconut cream, yogurt or equivalent substitute, powdered sugar or sugar-free alternative, and vanilla bean paste to a food processor, blender, or mixing bowl.
04 - Process all ingredients together until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform in texture.
05 - Portion the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate. Allow to chill until set; mousse will thicken considerably as it chills.
