Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature for easier blending. If using coconut cream, ensure the contents are thick and creamy for optimal consistency.

Remove stems from strawberries. Blend or mash the strawberries until completely pureed.

Add pureed strawberries, cream cheese or coconut cream, yogurt or equivalent substitute, powdered sugar or sugar-free alternative, and vanilla bean paste to a food processor, blender, or mixing bowl.

Process all ingredients together until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform in texture.

Portion the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate. Allow to chill until set; mousse will thicken considerably as it chills.
