# Ingredients:

01 - 6 medium flour tortillas

02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

03 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce

→ Toppings

→ Finishing

05 - Olive oil for brushing

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F (or air fryer to 375°F) to preheat.
02 - Lay each flour tortilla flat and evenly spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on top.
03 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then add your choice of toppings uniformly.
04 - Roll the tortillas tightly from one edge and place them seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
05 - Lightly brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil to ensure crispness during baking.
